
Rev. Robert Zilhaver
Treasurer
Rev. Robert Zilhaver brings over 30 years of pastoral ministry experience to his role with the Foundation for Christian Counseling (FFCC). He currently serves as an elder in the Global Methodist Church and is the pastor of St. Marys Methodist Church in St. Marys, Pennsylvania. His ministry reflects a lifelong commitment to faithful leadership and compassionate care within the local church.
In addition to his pastoral service, Rev. Zilhaver is a decorated United States Army veteran, having served honorably for many years before retiring as a Major. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his service during Operation Desert Storm and the Meritorious Service Medal for his leadership and service in Somalia. His military career reflects disciplined leadership, integrity, and steadfast service under challenging conditions.
Rev. Zilhaver is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute (VMI) and Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, combining rigorous military training with theological and pastoral education.
As Treasurer of the FFCC Board of Directors, Bob Zilhaver oversees the Foundation’s annual budgeting and financial stewardship. He brings extensive experience in non-profit financial management, including fiscal oversight at both local church and conference levels. His leadership helps ensure responsible stewardship of donor resources in support of FFCC’s mission to provide resources to the least, the lost, and the last who struggle with mental health and addiction issues.
