
Dr. David Collins,
Secretary
David Collins has been actively involved with the Foundation for Christian Counseling (FFCC) for over seven years, with a particular emphasis on the Seeds of Freedom Program in Liberia, West Africa. Through this initiative, David has traveled to Liberia on multiple occasions to provide academic training, program development, and on-site support, helping to strengthen local leadership and advance sustainable, faith-based mental health and recovery services. He also plays a key role in donor recruitment and advocacy, partnering with individuals and organizations who share the vision of extending Christ-centered counseling resources internationally.
In addition to his work with FFCC, David serves as an Assistant Clinical Supervisor with Christian Counseling Associates and as a Professor of Clinical Counseling at Geneva College. He currently functions as the Assistant Clinical Supervisor for the Beaver County Region in Pennsylvania, providing oversight, mentorship, and clinical leadership to counseling staff.
David earned his Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Regent University in 2025. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from Valley Forge Christian College (1999) and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Geneva College (2015).
David is a Licensed Professional Counselor (Pennsylvania), a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC), and a Certified Gestalt Therapist. His work reflects a deep commitment to integrating clinical excellence, biblical truth, and global mission, serving both local communities and international partners through Christian counseling.
